Afternoon Shift Available 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm About the role: Are you a dedicated, experienced youth worker seeking a fulfilling opportunity to guide and support teenage girls? We are seeking a passionate, experienced Youth Specialist to join our team at a Youth Residential Program in Belleville, MI . We have full-time and part-time opportunities in a role that is essential for providing direct support, guidance, and security to youth in a supportive, structured residential environment. As a Youth Specialist, you will be a key role model and source of support for teenage boys residing in the program. Your primary shift will be afternoons (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) , with required weekend availability . Who We Are Dignity and respect are simple human gifts that belong to all. Services we provide Spectrum Child and Family Services supports our community’s children and teens who are delinquent, have been neglected/abused or abandoned, are medically fragile, have multiple physical challenges, and may be dually diagnosed, or may display behavioral or emotional issues. Our programs support a population with constantly changing needs, and our goal is to strengthen and empower the families so they become self-sufficient, stable, and competent. Qualifications Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D . Transportation : Reliable, ongoing transportation is essential, as you will be required to provide transportation for the youth. Michigan Driver's License: Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Clearances : Satisfactory results on an MDHS Central Registry Clearance and State Police Record Check. Health : Satisfactory physical exam within one year of hire and a negative TB test Why Join Our Team?
