Benefits & Retirement Support Specialist

FCMM Benefits & Retirement is seeking a part-time, temporary Benefits & Retirement Support Specialist to provide client services to FCMM participants and employers in the benefit and retirement plans. Start Date: Immediate Hours Per Week: 25 Schedule: In-Office Tuesday-Thursday Duration: 12 Months Benefits: Accrued Sick and Safe Time as well as PFML Duties Process Retirement & Benefit Plan enrollments and terminations; update member information (addresses, beneficiaries, authorizations, salary data); research missing or incorrect data; and create income verifications Prepare weekly retirement plan remittance mailings and quarterly benefit plan mailings; assist with mail opening, PDF handling, documentation and research uncashed checks Provide excellent service to retirement and benefit plan participants and employers by answering calls promptly, responding to emails professionally and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy Complete additional tasks as assigned Skills and Education Requirements Mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, aligned with FCMM’s mission and the EFCA Statement of Faith Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat Pro experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to contribute to a cooperative, team oriented environment Ability to make sound decisions with guidance and communicate professionally in writing and verbally Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining adaptable and flexible Two years of post secondary education or relevant experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Evangelical Free Church of America
