Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers, drive sales, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain merchandise displays and keep the sales floor clean and organized
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Stay informed on current promotions, product features, and company policies
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
