Finance Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A Join a large, multi-brand consumer business and play a key role in enterprise-wide financial planning and decision support. This highly visible position partners with executive leadership to drive consolidated reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning across a complex portfolio of businesses. What You'll Do Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations, forecasts, and operating plans. Create executive-ready reporting, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and leadership presentations. Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and capital planning processes. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury to provide insights into business performance and key financial drivers. Leverage planning and reporting systems to improve financial reporting, automation, and decision-making. Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling, ad hoc analysis, and performance tracking. Mentor and develop analysts while driving process improvements and best practices. What We're Looking For 6+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, consolidation, or related finance experience. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and executive presentations. Experience in multi-unit, consumer, retail, hospitality, franchise, or similar complex operating environments preferred. Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools.
