Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and interventions for adult residents within the skilled nursing setting.
- Implement and modify therapy programs to promote independence in activities of daily living and mobility.
- Document resident progress, goals, and discharge planning accurately in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (including therapy, nursing, and social services) to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
- Ensure safety during therapy sessions, manage adaptive equipment and assistive devices, and uphold infection control practices.
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to discharge planning and progression toward short- and long-term goals.

Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential.
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility environment.
- Willingness to commit to a 16-week travel assignment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with common OT assessments, treatment techniques, and documentation practices.
