What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting lead installers or lead service technicians with HVAC system installations or service calls in residential homes
- Transporting tools and equipment, and preparing job sites for the day's work
- Learning safe and efficient HVAC installation and maintenance techniques on the job
- Supporting the crew with cleanup, material handling, and communication with customers
- Taking pride in representing Aspire with professionalism and integrity
What You Bring:
- Some hands-on experience in the HVAC field (or general mechanical/contractor experience)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop
