Vehicle Assessment Specialist

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (some Saturdays and overtime as needed) Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Assessment Specialist to inspect vehicles at our auction house. You’ll evaluate vehicle condition, document damages and repair needs, and create clear, accurate online listings with photos and descriptions. Responsibilities: Conduct visual inspections of vehicles, noting damage, missing parts, and mechanical concerns Document vehicle details and prepare condition reports using tablets and computer systems Photograph and video vehicles for auction listings Upload condition reports, photos, and descriptions to our website Respond to questions from customers and staff regarding vehicle condition Assist with moving vehicles in the yard as needed Qualifications: Strong knowledge of cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, boats, and other recreational vehicles Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately document findings Good written communication skills Comfortable using digital tools including tablets, cameras, and computers Valid driver’s license and ability to safely move vehicles Dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, PTO, and more About Midwest Recreational Clearinghouse, LLC Midwest Recreational Clearinghouse, LLC is a premier online auction house based in Hastings, MN.
