The individual will partner closely with HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure programs are executed with precision, consistency, and a high-quality participant experience across cohort-based initiatives, leadership development programs, and employee engagement platforms.This role requires strong program management, attention to detail, comfort working with data and insights, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-touch, fast-paced environment with senior stakeholder exposure.In partnership with the Talent team, you will:ISG Cohort & Program ManagementManage end-to-end cohort lifecycles (onboarding, rotations, placement, outcomes)Partner with HR, mentors, and stakeholders to drive performance, engagement, and program outcomesLead planning and delivery across programs, ensuring timelines, communications, and milestones are metSupport high-visibility events and leadership engagementData & InsightsTrack key metrics (participation, engagement, outcomes)Translate feedback and data into actionable program improvementsVendor & Stakeholder ManagementManage external partners and oversee budgets, contracts, and deliveryCoordinate across stakeholders to ensure seamless executionAI Challenge LabCoordinate logistics, communications, and participant managementSupport program delivery and executive showcaseWhat you'll bring to the role:8+ years working in Talent and Diversity or related HR rolesStrong understanding of talent development, cohort-based programming, and employee engagement practicesProven program and project management experience, including ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data and metrics to drive insights and improvementsDemonstrated ability to manage end-to-end cohort programs, including lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and participant experienceExperience managing vendors and external partners, including budgeting and program delivery oversightExcellent partnership and relationship-building skills, with experience working across HR, business stakeholders, and senior leadersStrong communication skills, with the ability to manage targeted outreach, program communications, and executive interactionsHighly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across regions and functionsProven ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and execution disciplineWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
