Solon Heating & Air Conditioning is searching for a full-time HVAC Technician in Solon, Iowa. If you've got the talent, we've got the opportunity!

YOUR ROLE:
You are constantly applying your technical expertise to perform necessary HVAC repairs, quickly diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to restore comfort and function to homes and businesses. You skillfully perform extensive preventive maintenance checks, proactively extending the life of client equipment and reducing the likelihood of unexpected failures. Above all, you maintain open, friendly communication, always delivering positive customer service and representing the company with professionalism and integrity, ensuring that every client interaction is a positive one.
