Position Title: CDL A Driver – Belly Dump or Side Dump
Location: North Dakota
Pay: $33/hour
Per Diem: $100/day
Schedule: 50+ Hours Weekly
Employment Type: Contract

NCW is hiring experienced CDL A Drivers for long-term projects in North Dakota . Drivers will operate belly dump or side dump supporting major construction and earthwork operations depending on independent experience.

Job Duties

• Operate belly dump and/or side dump trucks safely and efficiently
• Haul, transport, and unload aggregate and construction materials
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly
• Follow all DOT regulations and strict jobsite safety standards

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License (required)
• Experience operating belly dump or side dump trucks
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week consistently
• Strong safety mindset and reliability on large-scale civil projects
