About the Position

Job Title: Operating Room RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 years License: SC RN license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: 1 year of EPIC experience Description: Experience in bariatrics, orthopedics, and general surgery is required. Shift schedule is 4x10 from 0645 to 1715. Call is required as part of the position. Weekend shifts will vary based on need. Experience with Pyxis medication system is necessary. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the field. Previous charge experience is preferred. Substantial skills in various surgical procedures, including ankle fusion and gastric bypass, are necessary. Floating to other units may be required due to census needs. Modules related to compliance and testing are required to be completed prior to the start of the assignment. Candidates must demonstrate competencies for tasks performed.
