Job Description Job Description Manage and optimize multiple sales programs through a combination of program ownership, advanced reporting, and data-driven insights. Partner closely with Sales to monitor performance, improve pipeline effectiveness, and enhance lead management processes. Drive visibility into program outcomes through Salesforce reporting and analytics while identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. What You'll Do Own and manage multiple sales programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable performance goals Monitor program health using key metrics (lead flow, pipeline progression, conversion rates) and drive continuous improvement initiatives Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to provide clear visibility into sales performance and program outcomes Analyze pipeline and program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline effectiveness and inform data-driven decision-making Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and dashboards Leverage Salesforce and BI tools to build and optimize reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities and improve data accessibility and usability What You Have Bachelor\'s degree or advanced degree (where required) 3+ years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field. Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
