Senior Client Support Agent - Commercial

We are seeking a Commercial Licensed Insurance Agent holding an active General Lines Property & Casualty License to join our team as a Senior Client Support Agent. In this elevated service role, you will support a high-volume, multi-carrier, multi-state service model delivering high-touch support across inbound phone calls.

As a licensed P&C professional, you will handle moderate-to-complex policy management, process multi-line endorsements and audits, ensure SLA and regulatory compliance, and conduct quality reviews. 

salary: $52,000 - $58,240 per year

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex, multi-line service inquiries and policy requests via inbound calls.

• Accurately execute commercial and personal lines policy endorsements, updates, and carrier audit requirements across multiple platforms.

• Maintain strict compliance with state insurance regulations, licensing guidelines, and carrier-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Maintain precise case records and audit trails within Salesforce, carrier portals, and internal management systems.

• Proactively identify service trends, systemic issues, and operational friction to help refine Standard Operating Procedures.
