Contracts Program Manager Supplier Vendor Management- Hybrid

Location: Bellevue, WA - Hybrid - Prefer Seattle locals

Duration: 6+ months

Experience: 6+ Year Key Skill: Supply chain, circular centers, supplier and vendor management, Program Manager, Strong analytical skills, Excel, Proven experience preferably in logistics, operations or supply chain environments

Role Descriptions

• Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management including SOW creation, review, and execution for downstream vendors suppliers
• Partner with procurement, program teams, and suppliers post component server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness
• Drive SOW drafting and approvals, including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholders
• Manage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred), ensuring accuracy, tracking, and timely execution
• Support vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement transactions
• Ensure status tracking, prioritization, and timely closure of contract deliverables
• Act as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries, ensuring alignment across business, legal, and operations
• Maintain contract documentation, governance, and audit readiness across the lifecycle

Basic Requirements

• Strong program/project management fundamentals (status tracking, prioritization, stakeholder coordination)
• Experience working with supplier vendor contracts and SOWs
• Familiarity with Icertis and legal contract workflows (CELA) preferred
