Join Our Team!
We are looking for a motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and ensuring products meet high standards before they reach the real world.

What You'll Do:

Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Perform and document quality tests (mechanical, thermal, and visual inspections)
Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformances, and report findings
Assist with test setups and data collection for product evaluation
Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and testing equipment
Work with shop tools and equipment as needed to support inspection and testing
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
(Level III) Help lead quality activities and mentor junior technicians

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma (trade school or technical training is a plus)
Experience in quality control, inspection, or a hands-on technical environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with quality systems is a plus)
Ability to read drawings, specifications, or work instructions (preferred)
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

Work Environment:

Active, hands-on role with standing and walking throughout the day
Mix of indoor and outdoor work in a lab or production setting
Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions
