Role: SAP Basis L3 ConsultantLocation:Cincinnati - OhioWork Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP Basis L3 Consultant to join a long-term transformation program supporting SAP S/4HANA initiatives for a global consumer goods organization. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Basis administration, S/4HANA migrations, system upgrades, and HANA database management in complex enterprise environments.Required SkillsSAP Basis Administration and Consulting (12-16 years)SAP S/4HANA Conversion & Transformation ProjectsSAP S/4HANA ImplementationsSAP S/4HANA Monitoring, Maintenance & UpgradesSAP System Refreshes and System CopiesSAP HANA Database Administration, Tuning & Performance OptimizationTransport Management across Parallel LandscapesPreferred SkillsAPO LiveCache Monitoring and System Copy ExperienceSAP BW Administration and System Copy ExperienceOracle Backup & Recovery ToolsAzure Cloud and High Availability (HA) EnvironmentsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.Perform system copies, refreshes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.Administer and optimize SAP HANA databases.Manage transport landscapes and Basis operations across environments.Support SAP BW and APO LiveCache systems.Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability.What We're Looking ForStrong hands-on SAP Basis experience in large enterprise environments.Proven experience with S/4HANA migration and implementation projects.Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Cincinnati, OH.
