WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The North America Supply & Inventory Management (S&IM) team is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory health across the geography, ensuring seamless alignment between marketplace demand and supply. As part of the broader Planning function, we combine marketplace insights, inventory objectives, and product hierarchy to drive supply strategies that support consumer demand in the marketplace. This role is critical in ensuring inventory is forecasted, purchased, and delivered efficiently, contributing directly to business success.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in planning or supply chain operations with a proven track record delivering results. You’ll need strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, actionable manner across diverse teams. Key qualities include: Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and translate it into strategic insights for diverse audiences. Collaboration : Superior interpersonal skills with experience building relationships across teams, functions, and regions. Agility : Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities, with a focus on executing high-level plans while managing day-to-day operational details. Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and use data to inform decision-making. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) are essential. Problem Solving : Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in ambiguous or high-pressure situations, with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Systems Knowledge : Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is preferred; proficiency in planning tools and software is a plus. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

We are looking for a Senior Planner to manage end-to-end (E2E) inventory planning for a designated segment of the North America business. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all inventory planning needs and will require close collaboration with your cross-functional Sport squad, Marketplace Supply Chain and Global Supply Planning. Responsibilities include: End-to-End Supply & Inventory Management : Oversee the regular (weekly/bi-weekly) purchasing of finished goods, ensuring timely and efficient execution to support North America Sport category strategies. Supply Health Management : Create purchase orders, adjust supply parameters, and analyze opportunities for optimizing supply efficiency. Manage trade-offs related to delivery timing and revenue opportunities, ensuring healthy inventory levels through proactive decision-making. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sport leadership team, Planning, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Brand, and Global Supply & Manufacturing Partners to ensure alignment on inventory targets and delivery expectations. Data Analysis & Reporting : Leverage reports and dashboards to track key metrics, identify risks, and drive solutions to ensure on-time delivery and inventory productivity. Provide regular updates to business partners on inventory status and performance. Problem Solving & Escalation : Address and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely purchasing, on-time delivery, and overall inventory health.
