Aurum Wireless is growing its outside sales team and hiring motivated representatives to sell ADT security solutions to both homeowners and local businesses.

This is a field sales position for someone who wants control over their income. You’ll meet customers face-to-face, learn what they want to protect, and help them choose the right security solution for their home or business.

Some business leads and sales opportunities will be provided. Representatives are also expected to generate their own customers through field prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Sell ADT security solutions to residential and business customers
• Work provided business leads and follow up consistently
• Prospect neighborhoods and local businesses for new opportunities
• Meet directly with homeowners, business owners, and decision-makers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right security solution
• Build a referral network and generate repeat opportunities
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Meet activity expectations and monthly sales goals
• Represent Aurum Wireless and ADT professionally in the field

• Able to handle rejection and remain consistent
• Organized with dependable follow-up
• Sales experience is preferred, but security experience is not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass any required background screening
