Here are the OPTIONS our CNAs enjoy that keep their skills sharp and help reduce burnout: 1) Working private duty one on one with a client in their home (hourly or live in); 2) Working shifts in independent retirement communities making short visits to help with small tasks.
What we offer our aides:
- A flexible schedule Full Time and Part Time hours available! Work when and where YOU want (hourly shifts or live-in).
- Starting Wage is $17.50 per hour (plus Holiday premium pay).
- Exceptional support team. Manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
- Excellent training program on day one and ongoing!

What your responsibilities look like:
- Companionship and engaging activities
- Assist with personal care and medication reminders
- Provide basic house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
- Escort client to appointments and errands as needed.
Some of our qualifications:
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- N.A. on the IDPH Worker Registry in good standing. (NEW GRADS WELCOME!)
- A warm heart and gentle touch!
- Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
