Laboratory Supervisor opportunity in Hudson Valley, NY .
\nThis is a leadership role with a well-established multi-specialty medical practice, offering the opportunity to stay hands-on in the lab while leading day-to-day operations.
\nHighlights:
\n- \n
- Salary: $93,000–$104,000 \n
- Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm \n
- Full-time, onsite position \n
- Approximately 50% bench work / 50% leadership \n
- Supervise laboratory staff and daily operations \n
- Work in microbiology, histology, cytology, urinalysis, FISH, and more \n
- Lead quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and process improvements \n
- Excellent benefits and a collaborative team environment \n
We're looking for someone with:
\n- \n
- NYS Medical Technologist License \n
- Bachelor's degree \n
- 6+ years of Medical Technologist experience \n
- Previous laboratory leadership experience preferred \n
- Histology and/or microbiology experience is a plus \n
