Patient Services Representative

Overview We are a rapidly growing aquarium and aviary service company. Our customers look to us to create a very serene and engaging environment for their residents/customers to enjoy. This particular role will primarily be servicing aquariums and aviaries in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. It is an entry level position that requires basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly. Lifting, bending, and heavy physical demands are involved in the position. Travel & Locations Travel within a 150‑mile radius of Memphis, TN will be required using a personal vehicle. Accounts currently range from the Memphis area to the Little Rock area. Bartlett, TN Memphis, TN Germantown, TN Marianaa, AR Forrest City, AR Stuttgart, AR Benton, AR Sheridan, AR Little Rock, AR Job Details Job Type: Part‑time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 5–10 hours per week, varying from week to week Shift: Day shift Responsibilities Well organized and possess excellent time management skills Professional appearance with excellent communication skills Effectively communicate company products and services Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Inner drive and desire to exceed goals Respond to calls, emails, faxes to take care of customer needs Able to make an efficient work schedule Manage service cycle for customer base Storing 50# bags of bedding and seed along with 4–5 27‑gallon totes of supplies will be required Due to work being performed in long‑term care homes, masking/goggles may be required Qualifications Experience in fish keeping and/or bird keeping preferred Great attitude and willingness to learn Ability to continually adjust priorities to match business needs Strong work ethic, punctuality, and good attendance Ability to successfully communicate and contribute in a team‑oriented environment Must comprehend and follow instructions and read/write in English Preference given to candidates with mechanical aptitude Willingness to be flexible with schedule and job responsibilities Able to travel in your service area radius Heavy lifting and maneuvering required Flexibility is a must High School education preferred Driver’s License required Benefits Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free uniforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
