What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of EMI and RF filter products. This isn't just "putting pieces together"—it's about ensuring quality and reliability for critical global industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Precision Assembly: Build electronic components and filter assemblies according to specific drawings and work instructions.
Technical Skills: Perform wire harnessing, soldering, crimping, and mechanical assembly.
Quality Standards: Adhere strictly to IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards.
Documentation: Interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and maintain meticulous product traceability.
Quality Control: Identify non-conforming materials and perform in-process inspections to ensure every unit is perfect.
Best Practices: Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and maintain a clean, controlled environment.
What You Bring to the Table
Required:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 1–3 years in electronic component assembly.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings.
Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or IPC/WHMA-A-620.
Focus: Exceptional attention to detail and a "quality-first" mindset.
Preferred (The "Cherry on Top"):
Active IPC certifications (A-610 or 620).
Prior experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing (AS9100 or ISO-regulated).
Strong background in soldering and crimping.
