MEMBERSHIP SALES SPECIALIST Burn Boot Camp is looking for highly motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and hard working Burn Ambassadors to join our growing team. The Membership Sales Specialist plays a very integral and critical role at Burn Boot Camp. The Membership Sales Specialist is the first person our members see when they walk in the door and provide our members with their first impression. There is a strong focus on sales knowledge and goals, running the “front of house” operations, and fostering the growth of community in the gym.

DUTIES:

• Engage with potential customers to promote and sell memberships
• Utilize sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits of membership

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in membership sales in the fitness industry, or salons, restaurants, and retail sales environments required

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent conversational skills and strong knowledge of sales techniques
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences
• A passion for fitness!

SCHEDULE: PM Availability (4:00pm-8:00pm), rotating Saturday Mornings (7:45am-12:00pm)

EDUCATION: High school or equivalent (Required)

EXPERIENCE: Sales: 2 years (Required)
