Job Description

Fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines
Rebuilding, repairing, and/or replacing equipment/machinery/parts
Performing preventative maintenance
Installing equipment/machinery/parts
Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems as directed by supervisor
Complete daily required reporting as well as additional reports as instructed
Collaboration with management and other departments regarding maintenance issues throughout the facility
Complete all assignments in priority order as delegated by the supervisor
Complete startup procedures when appropriate
Notify supervisor of any unusual conditions which may result in downtime
Complete assignment tickets in accurate and timely manner
Record all crisis and unscheduled work orders on the assignment ticket
Respond to crisis situations in an expedient manner
Maintain tools in good working order
