Job Summary MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities The Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. This includes providing direct patient care, assessing medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. The PT will set realistic goals, document the patient’s condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Graduate from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Other requirements may be determined by client facility.
