Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you will oversee staff, scheduling, and workflows to ensure efficient, evidence-based, patient-first care across physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. You’ll manage key performance and financial metrics, uphold regulatory and documentation standards, and champion an excellent patient experience. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll foster a culture of clinical excellence, professional growth, and teamwork while helping CORA expand access to high-quality rehabilitation services.
