Job Description As an Audit Manager – Healthcare, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading engagement teams, ensuring quality audit services, and fostering client relationships. What You Will Do Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges. Implement appropriate testing to assess deficiencies of internal controls and recommend improvements. Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results. Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing performed. Deliver business insight through thoughtful review, analysis, and discussion. Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billing/collections, and client profitability targets. Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community. Invest in your professional development through firm-wide learning programs. Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; master’s or advanced degree desired. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required. Four (4) or more years of experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm. Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates. Healthcare Industry Experience Preferred Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills. Ability to lead and supervise others; provide exceptional client service and continuous learning. Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills. Preferred eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
