You will collaborate with data science, engineering, operations, other product managers, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our platform capabilities. The duties will include formulating a business vision for your product domain, gathering business and functional requirements from internal customers and end-users, and translating those requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, and supportable solutions that work well with a range of complex systems. The PMT serves as the technical as well as the business lead throughout the entire development lifecycle including scoping, planning, conceptualizing, designing, testing, documenting, and shipping the product to the end customer keeping in mind issues around tech debt, scalability, performance and latency, and compatibility with technology and business goals. Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Key job responsibilities Define and execute toward the long‑term strategy for the digital supply chain Work closely with data science and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver the roadmap Working closely with Business Intelligence to analyze business trends and make data‑backed decisions Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including other product managers, partner management, and leadership to influence and drive the long‑term strategy Create business requirements, develop solutions, and socialize them across functions and teams Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle Basic Qualifications 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience 5+ years of technical product or program management experience Bachelor's degree Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
