Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage client intake and scheduling to ensure timely and personalized service delivery. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Home Instead’s senior care services within the Bend community. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, families, and community partners. Conduct client assessments and provide ongoing communication to address client needs and satisfaction. Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless client experiences. Represent Home Instead at community events and networking opportunities to generate referrals. Requirements

Experience in client care coordination, business development, marketing, or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with senior care services or healthcare industry is a plus. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software. Reliable transportation to travel locally for community engagement. Benefits

Competitive pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly.
