Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting - High Volume, Successful Shop
Full-Time Auto Body Paintline Technician
Our busy collision repair facility in Ft. Smith, AR is seeking an experienced Auto Paint Prepper. We specialize in Collision Repair and Complete Auto Painting.
Competitive pay based on experience
Primary responsibilities include:
- Prepping vehicles for paint process by sanding, masking, taping
- Properly mask vehicles for refinishing
- Wet sand and polish-buff
- Assist Paint Technician in other areas as necessary
Qualifications: Prior experience in a collision/body shop preferred but not required as we will train
- Must be self-motivated and a good communicator
- A fast, consistent, and skilled worker
- Have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of auto paint prep for refinishing
- Commitment to continued learning
- Attentiveness to detail and quality minded
- Stable upwardly mobile employment with a growing company
