As a Breakfast server you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and satisfying dining experience for our guests each morning. You will be responsible for setting up coffee, washing guest dishes, maintaining tables, and keeping the back of the restaurant stocked, while ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and friendly guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the restaurant with beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Take guests food and beverage orders and hand the ticket to the cook.
• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and hot tea.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality, washing guest dishes and replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay starts at $15/hour plus tip, but can be as high as $18/hour plus tips, depending on experience and how efficient you are at multi tasking, memorizing our menu, giving excellent customer service, working hard to keep the restaurant clean and being a positive attitude team player with the team.
