Finance Manager We are seeking a sales‑driven finance manager for our dealership locations in southeastern Wisconsin. The role focuses on customer financing, credit approval, and legal documentation. The successful candidate will manage vehicle financing, insurance sales, and maintain regulatory compliance while supporting our sales team. Responsibilities Review and confirm sales figures. Prepare and coordinate service or product delivery. Consult with customers to determine their wants and needs. Obtain credit approval. Prepare delivery documentation. Process customer financing and collaborate with credit approval lenders. Review monthly and annual forecasts. Complete all legal paperwork involved with vehicle sales. Qualifications Automotive experience is required; a strong sales background is preferred. Superior customer service skills and enjoyment of working with people. Honesty, integrity, commitment, perseverance, and a strong desire to succeed. Basic computer or smartphone proficiency. Professional appearance. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass pre‑employment testing, including MVR and drug screen.
