312H - Technician IV (Hourly)

Merit Medical seeks a Technician IV to repair and maintain complex production equipment at their Pearland facility on evening shift. The role involves troubleshooting machinery, mentoring technicians, preparing test specimens, and recording operational data to support continuous manufacturing flow.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain highly complex production equipment
• Provide leadership and assign work to manufacturing technicians
• Prepare test specimens, operate equipment, and record test data with deviation analysis
• Train and assist other maintenance technicians
• Plan and execute non-routine assignments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma equivalent with seven years related technician experience
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities
• Interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to delegate work
• Computer proficiency including spreadsheets, word processing, and databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of tooling and testing equipment
• Collaborative team member
