Start your driving career with a role built for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers in the Trenton, New Jersey area for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that covers daily driving routines, working alongside an experienced driver, and preparation for transition to solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently in regional and over-the-road operations.
• Follow safe driving practices, perform required pre- and post-trip checks, and develop consistent professional habits for commercial driving.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication with dispatch and customer contacts, and on-the-road decision-making as you progress to independent driving.
