About Katy Raines Katy has 12 years’ experience in graphic design and marketing. She joined Colliers as a graphic designer in 2014 while she was a full‑time student. In May 2015, she was promoted to a full‑time graphic designer after finishing her degree with honors at UA Little Rock. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with brokers, developed the research department within Colliers Arkansas, and was promoted to research and creative director in 2019. In that role she created the firm’s first research department, manages a staff focused on Little Rock metropolitan CRE trends, and produces quarterly market reports for Colliers’ clients and prospects. She also leads the design of all Colliers marketing materials as creative director.
