Location: Hudson, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Night Shift Only
Schedule: Rotating Weekends
Pay Rate: $30–$42 per hour, based on experience
Additional Differentials: $4.75/hour for nights + $3.00/hour for weekends

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team in Hudson, FL. The ideal candidate will have acute care hospital experience and a strong commitment to providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
Provide and evaluate medical-surgical nursing care.
Administer medications as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately.
Maintain patient records and review test results.
Educate patients and families about medications and treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.

Requirements

Active Florida RN license or eligible compact license, with Florida licensure required within 90 days of hire if applicable.
Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.
Acute care hospital experience is required.
Recent LTAC experience alone is not sufficient.
Current American Heart Association BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
