Delaware Major Gifts Officer: Donor Stewardship & Growth

Wilmington, DE

WHYY is looking for a Major Gifts Officer based in Wilmington to develop relationships with donors across Delaware. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major gift donors, requiring at least five years of fundraising experience. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of around 150 donors, create personalized engagement strategies, and attend networking events to enhance donor relationships.
