Fleet Operations Manager

Maverick USA

Maverick Transportation, LLC is seeking a motivated fleet supervisor to lead and develop a team of over-the-road drivers, ensuring safety, efficiency and alignment with corporate goals. You will provide training, coach performance, assign routes, and coordinate disciplinary actions when needed to maintain high standards. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in a related field (or equivalent), 6–12 months of related experience and up to 12 months of management exposure, with a strong #J-18808-Ljbffr
