Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred, not required
• ACLS required
• PALS preferred
• 1 years of prior experience working in an ICU setting
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment and procedures in critical care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' condition in the ICU
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
• Document patient care and progress accurately
• Educate patients and their families on medical conditions and treatment options
