About the Role

As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will deliver individualized treatment plans grounded in comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed initial evaluations to determine underlying causes of pain and dysfunction
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and functional needs
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
• Treat pre-operative, post-operative, and non-operative conditions
• Track patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active state PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Passion for individualized patient care
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehab preferred but not required
