**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - **Craniotomy and Burr Hole Experience**: Required (HARD STOP) - **Years of Experience**: 2 years in the service line required - **Certifications**: ACLS*, BLS, CNOR*, NIHSS*, PALS*, TNCC* - **Charting System**: Experience with Allscripts preferred (Altera experience preferred, not required) - **License**: Must be in hand with submittal **Preferred Experience:** - **Previous Charge Experience** - **Trauma Level I and II Experience** - **Charting System Experience** - **Travel Experience** **Skills Required:** - Amputations - Anterior Cervical Fusion - Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction - Appendectomy - Arthroscopy - Arthrotomy - Burns - Carpal Tunnel Release - Cervical Fusions - Cholecystectomy - Closed Reduction of Fractures - Colon Resection - Craniotomy - Da Vinci Xi Surgical System* - General OR - Gunshot/Stab Wounds - Hernia Repair Inguinal/Umbilical - Kyphoplasty - Laminectomy/Discectomy - Lumbar Fusion - Mastectomy - MVA (Multiple Injuries) - Open Reduction of Fractures - Ortho/Spine - Spinal Fusion - Total Joint Replacement **Patient Ratio Experience**: 1 **Patient Age Groups**: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics **Additional Requirements:** - **Flu Vaccine**: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - **Local Radius**: RN/LVN: 150 miles, Allied/CNA: 50 miles - **Travel Return Policy**: Previous permanent staff must be gone 1 year to return as a traveler - Must be available for needed labs within 72 hours of offer acceptance **Note**: COVID-19 Vaccine is not required.
