Public Health Nurse Practitioner

The requirements are listed on the job description, and are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education, Experience & Licensure Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Washington driver’s license. Washington State Board of Health License as Nurse Practitioner with prescription privileges. Employment Details UFCW, Grade 42, 28-35 hours/week with benefits. Starting pay typically $49.44/hr. Full hourly range $49.44/hr-$60.80/hr DOE. Full medical benefits, including dental and vision. Retirement provided through Washington State DRS. Paid Time Off (PTO), 11 paid holidays and bereavement leave. Employees in this position, according to the Medicaid Administrative Match Steering Committee, Washington State Association of Local Public Health Officers Questionnaire for Skilled Professional Medical Personnel, meet all the requirements for the Medicaid Administrative claiming program.
