Public Health Nurse Practitioner

Education, Experience & Licensure Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Washington driver’s license. Washington State Board of Health License as Nurse Practitioner with prescription privileges. Employment Details UFCW, Grade 42, 28-35 hours/week with benefits. Starting pay typically $49.44/hr. Full hourly range $49.44/hr-$60.80/hr DOE. Full medical benefits, including dental and vision. Retirement provided through Washington State DRS. Paid Time Off (PTO), 11 paid holidays and bereavement leave.
