Assist in onboarding new clients and managing their accounts. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Active insurance license in Virginia or willingness to obtain one. Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software.
