Human Resources Administrator
An OPWDD services provider is seeking a full-time Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations. This role is ideal for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people, managing documentation, and supporting compliance in a regulated healthcare environment. Strong communication skills and comfort with technology are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and new-hire documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and compliance documentation in accordance with OPWDD and labor regulations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Support daily HR operations, including reporting, data entry, and coordination with management.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn HR systems and workflows quickly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an HR administrative or office support role preferred.
- Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
