In this role, you'll ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability through diligent system monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to design scalable, redundant infrastructure, implement software and OS upgrades, and support disaster recovery planning. As a key technical resource, you'll provide Level 2 and 3 support, assess new applications, and lead installations in both test and production environments.
