Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Oversee clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track and on budget

Manage study financials — including forecasting, budget tracking, and vendor reconciliation across multiple partners

Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution

Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle

Apply your clinical operations knowledge to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare and research data

Experienced in clinical trial project management with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and regulatory expectations

Skilled at managing CROs, external vendors, and research partners across complex, multi-workstream studies

A natural problem-solver — you anticipate issues before they escalate and know how to keep things moving

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

A clear communicator who keeps cross-functional teams informed and aligned

Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows

Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data management platforms

Background working across therapeutic areas or global multi-site trials

Work at the frontier of AI and clinical research alongside world-leading research labs
