Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead and coordinate our retail sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, and driving business success through effective training and performance evaluation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the retail sales team
  • Adjust daily schedules to optimize staff efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employee performance
  • Track monthly sales results and analyze trends for forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly
  • Manage merchandising displays
  • Maintain awareness of loss prevention strategies

 

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail management experience
