Warehouse Lead

WorkSource, Inc is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Lead role for a warehouse in the Rogers area.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Location: Production Floor

Job Overview:

The selected candidate will begin working on the production floor to gain hands-on experience before transitioning into a supervisory role. This position is responsible for overseeing employees in production and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support production employees (EEs) on the floor
• Monitor workflow and ensure productivity standards are met
• Report daily production updates and any issues directly to Rodney
• Lead by example while working alongside the production team
• Maintain quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Willingness to start in a production role
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous leadership or production experience is a plus
