Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Understand patients' individual needs and develop effective therapy strategies that help them reach their personal goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Therapies: Apply proven methods that enhance motor functions, cognition, and the ability to engage in daily activities.
• Collaborate with a Dedicated Team: Coordinate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance and instruction to ensure that therapy techniques are understood and executed at home.
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor patient development and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure progress is consistently made.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• An accredited degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Continuous professional development and additional certifications are valued and supported.

Required Certifications

• Valid OTR/L license.
• Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
