Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Glendale, AZ. The Excavation Manager will oversee the excavation operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, task prioritization, and job execution. Key tasks include leading excavation crews, conducting site inspections, monitoring equipment use, ensuring compliance with safety standards, interacting with clients to confirm project requirements, and collaborating with teams to resolve challenges in real‑time. The role also requires timely communication and coordination with stakeholders to meet operational and client satisfaction goals. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of excavation operations, processes, and related equipment. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills; ability to supervise and guide on‑site crews effectively. Strong organizational, time management, and project scheduling capabilities. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards specific to excavation and construction industries. Experience in client communication and problem‑solving to address site‑specific concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
